It’s been a little quiet on the Oz front lately. We were eliminated from the NGL tournament and the GGL website is so horrible it’s too difficult even bother with it anymore. That’s why we’ve been working hard to create www.arenaclan.com a real ladder that is easy to use and has features that Quake players want. There is also a new league starting up at www.quakenight.com that should be good. Finally we have a decent ladder and league to go with the NGL so Quakers don’t need to be frustrated anymore. Game on.

We lost our first two Quake Live matches but we took a map vs hazard so there is some hope. We’re still learning to play together and we’re still figuring out who our top starters are so it’s not a big deal if we get a few losses right now. What we need are regular scrims with different clans.

So my question is who are the west coast clan arena clans?

Oz, Hazard, Vital, Death Strikers, f27, Pipeline, Paramount, defiance…

There must be more than that, who am I missing?

The NGL tournament bracket has changed so we’re now playing Hazard in the first round. The match will be scheduled shortly. We also have our first GGL match vs death strikers on Sunday the 5th at 7pm.

Oz has joined the National Gaming League 4v4 CA Tournament and the Global Gaming League CA Ladder. For the NGL tourney we play Da Fone Men in the first round. When it’s been scheduled it will show up under Scheduled Events over to the right ——>
